DC has no SAT-cutoff scholarship; its signature program, DCTAG, is a residency- and income-based tuition grant with no test-score requirement, so score-tied money in DC comes only from the individual universities, and even those grids are thin among the schools researched here.
DCTAG, public university rate: The gap between out-of-state and in-state tuition at any public university nationwide, for DC residents who meet the income and residency rules.
DCTAG, private HBCU / DC-region private nonprofit rate: A flat annual award toward tuition at a private HBCU anywhere, or a private nonprofit in the DC region, for DC residents who meet the income and residency rules.

Find my teen's target scoreThere is no published minimum; the middle half of the reported group scored 1405 to 1530. A score at or above 1530 puts a student in the top quarter of that group. A score near 1405 is within the range, and grades, coursework and the rest of the application still decide the outcome.

No. A middle 50% is a description of last year's group, not a cutoff in either direction. It tells you where a score is competitive, which is the useful part for planning test dates.
